Other Ingredients: Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavor, fruit and vegetable juice (color), Rebaudioside A (stevia leaf extract), silicon dioxide, beta carotene (color).

Suggested Adult Use: We recommend starting with 1 level scoop (~4 grams) with 6-8 oz of water and gradually increasing to 2 scoops (~8 grams) with 12-16 oz of water daily, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.

NOTE: Doctor’s Best only uses natural colors, which can be pH sensitive. When the fruit punch-flavored magnesium powder (which is blue/purple) first interacts with water, the magnesium (which is readily soluble and basic) causes the product to become more alkali creating a blue liquid. The malic acid, which is more dense and less soluble, settles to the bottom of the container. When the powder and water is mixed, the malic acid blends and becomes slightly acidic changing the blue/purple to an orange/red liquid color. For best results, mix (stir or shake) well before consuming.
